Zotty Terms of Use (Summary)

By downloading or using Zotty you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

License

Zotty grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to the App Store terms.

Subscriptions (Zotty Pro)

  • Plans may include monthly auto-renewable subscription, yearly auto-renewable subscription, and/or a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Prices vary by App Store region and are shown in the app before purchase.
  • Free trials (when offered) convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled in time.

    • Your content

    You retain ownership of notes and data you create. You are responsible for backing up important data.

    Acceptable use

    Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer in violation of law, or use AI features to violate third-party terms (e.g. your API provider’s policies).

    Disclaimer

    The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Zotty Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
